Ammud is Supporting JOC Women Clergy
As they amplify their public profiles
and Original torahProgram participants:
Gather at in-person retreat to build collegial relationships with the other participants
Receive individual coaching to design and execute personal amplification goals
Are celebrated and promoted through Ammud’s networks and the wider community
Supporting the Amplification Plans From Start to FinishEach of the JOC women clergy in our program begins with three coaching sessions, where they write a plan about the impact they already make and hope to make in the future, coming away with steps they will take to amplify their voice and purpose
Step 2: Learning and Peer-Consultations at the Retreat
Step 1: Coaching for Storytelling and Purpose
Each of the JOC Women Clergy arrives at our two-day retreat with drafts of their story and amplification plan. They offer each other peer-to-peer consultation, and continue their learning with guest rabbis and organizational leaders.
Step 3: Supported Time to Work on Their Amplification Plan
Following the retreat, each of the participants meets three more times with the professional coach, and two more times with each other. Ammud staff are available for further support and networking as needed. As the women in the program move forward with their amplification plans, Ammud promotes their work.
