Sharing Our Torah: A Mindfulness Affinity Space for Jews of Color

Slowing down and resting are one of the ways that we move ourselves to greater liberation. We invite Jews of Color to join us for a monthly opportunity to slow down together and take a mindful pause.

Rabbi Sass will facilitate this session with Torah and mindfulness practice about the radiance of spring. The Hebrew month of Iyyar is also called Chodesh Ziv, The Month of Radiance. We are invited to notice the trees and other plants, and to practice being in a world that is turning and waking.
