Dip twice: A charoset Workshop and Self/Text StudyJews of Color in their 20s and 30s are invited to join Ammud's Rabbinic Intern, Rebeca, for a two-part program about Charoset, the sweetest item on the seder plate. First, we'll dip into multiple charoset recipes which you can make for an upcoming Seder. With our plates full, we'll dip again into the Torah of charoset - the Seder's surprisingly complex memory device that also serves as a traditional antidote to bitterness.
This experience is part of NuRoots' Collective Escape festival (March 29-April 9) celebrating Passover, and bringing together a diverse group of partner organizations to offer meaningful, public-facing Passover experiences for young adults across the city.
