The charge will be based on the number of units provided

connection. Each increment of two |

(2) toilets equal one unit, whichever method computes the
greater number of units. For |

example, three (3) toilets at one address are still one (1)
unit, four (4) toilets at one add- |
|
ress are two (2) units, five (5) toilets at one address are
still two (2) units, and so on, |
|
